Mindful breathing

Resurrection is possible with one in-breath that lasts two or three seconds. In Christianity, they celebrate resurrection of Jesus Christ. In Buddhism, every in-breath taken in MINDFULNESS is an act of resurrection — we become alive again! We bring our mind back to our body, and establish ourselves in the Present Moment. So, with MINDFUL breathing we are ALIVE in every moment of our daily life.
